Hospitality of the staff, you get a welcome feeling
Rooms are advertised as soundproof but are not at all. Staff have thought along well about alternative room.

Small, very well maintained hotel in perfect location: 5 minutes walk to the Fontana di Trevi, 3 minutes to the metro station Piazza Barberini, less than 15 minutes to Roma Termini. Nevertheless, outside of the hustle and bustle, very quiet....

The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, good service. Good location, very pleasant view from the restaurant.
The breakfast was rather that of a 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Not bad at all but also nothing special. The music was too loud in the morning during breakfast and too modern, did not fit in the framework of the hotel.

View from the breakfast room (6th) floor was wonderful - you could see de Hele Rome.
We had chosen this hotel for the wellness, but it was closed during our stay. This was not mentioned anywhere.

Room was neat, but a bit small. Quiet centrally located, a good breakfast, with a nice view of the city.
Mid January the room was really too warm for me at night. The heater couldn't actually be switched off or on, higher or lower, as everything runs through the central system. Bathroom neat, but standard. The "spa" on the picture will undoubtedly have been present in the hotel, but could only be visited for a (substantial) extra fee. In low season €200 for two nights is really too expensive for the offer, even in the heart of Rome and the four stars should be three.

The location of the hotel is fine, close to metro station.
Breakfast is reasonable, but I expected a little bit more. The buffet was on the last day of our stay poorly replenished.

Perfect b-day surprise!
The staff surprised us during breakfast with an apple cake and prosecco, singing Happy Birthday! The rooftop view at breakfast was fine, and the coffee was fantastic. The only bummer was that the rooms were a bit small, but super clean and comfy.
